Bowyer will run a special Scary Fast No. 33 Count Chocula Chevrolet Impala SS at Lowe’s Motor Speedway on October 17. The black and purple paint scheme features the classic General Mills Monsters cereal characters Count Chocula, Boo Berry and Franken Berry.

In addition to the Halloween-themed paint scheme, Bowyer will also sport a spooky firesuit for the final night race of the 2009 season – one that fans will have an opportunity to help select.

Beginning September 10, fans can vote on one of four firesuit designs – one each featuring Count Chocula, Franken Berry, Boo Berry or a suit that features all three monster characters.

“I think it’s pretty cool that fans will have the chance to decide which firesuit I’ll wear at Charlotte,” said Bowyer. “I remember how much fun it was, when my brothers and I were growing up, trying to decide what costume we’d want to wear. All the designs look cool and it’ll be fun to see which ones the fans pick for me.”
