Qualifying will air live on SPEED Channel and XM Satellite Radio Friday, September 29th at 3:40 p.m. EST.

DOVER RECAP: Kevin Harvick battled inside the top-20 for most of the 400 lap race, until engine troubles caused his day to end early. Once the green flag dropped, Harvick fought a loose-handling race car. With the help of his pit crew, Harvick managed to climb inside the top-10 with less then 100 laps to go when the motor began to perish. Harvick tried everything to keep the No. 29 GM Goodwrench/Reese’s Chevrolet on the track. With 40 laps to go Harvick pulled the Chevrolet behind the wall finishing 32nd.

The donation doubles Hershey’s 2005 financial contribution and will be supported by the York peppermint pattie, Hershey’s Kisses and Hershey’s Nuggets brands.

QUOTES:

HOW DO YOU FAIR WITH THE TRACKS REMAINING: “I feel good about the tracks remaining. After dominating at Loudon and our 32nd finish at Dover, we are in good shape. You need to stay aggressive or someone will beat you. You have to stay after it and take all the points you can get.”

TALKING ABOUT KANSAS AND A BEST FINISH OF SIXTH:

“Past stats don’t mean anything just because of the way we have run this year. To be able to have the runs we have had this year including our finishes it should be a good weekend. Kansas is like Chicagoland except for where the bumps are located. We have done well on the mile and a half tracks. We should be as good or better this weekend.”
