RCR welcomes the United States Coast Guard to its family of sponsors in 2006. The No. 21 Coast Guard Chevrolet Monte Carlo SS will again be a two-driver effort, with Kevin Harvick at the controls for the majority of the season and Jeff Burton picking up the balance of the races. The two-driver effort has proven beneficial to RCR in the past, with the No. 21 team earning the NASCAR Busch Series Owners Championship in 2003.
