BRIAN SCOTT QUOTES
What makes Chicagoland Speedway different than other mile-and-half tracks the series visits? "Chicagoland (Speedway) is fast like almost every mile-and-half track we run, but the surface, banking and transitions are a little rough in turns three and four, making Chicago unique. Statistically, it's my best mile-and-half track, we've always had strong runs there and I'm going back with the defending race winning team. I'm looking forward to it, I really like it."
How important is this weekend's race at Chicagoland Speedway since it's a Nationwide Series standalone event? "All the races we're going to right now are important, especially with the Dash 4 Cash program in progress. It's a lot of money on the line. It's an opportunity for normal Nationwide (Series) regulars to excel and to get to Victory Lane when there's less (NASCAR Sprint) Cup guys in the field. We're looking forward to it. I always circle Chicagoland (Speedway) on the calendar as a track I go to regardless of who's in the field, I expect to run up front and contend for the win."
No. 3 AdvoCare Chevrolet Camaro
This Week's AdvoCare Chevrolet at Chicagoland Speedway ... Austin Dillon will pilot Chassis No. 102 from the Richard Childress Racing NASCAR Nationwide Series stable. Dillon recently drove this Chevrolet Camaro to a sixth-place finish after earning the pole award at Kentucky Speedway in June 2013. This is the same Chevrolet Dillon drove to Victory Lane in both Nationwide Series races at Kentucky Speedway last year after starting on the pole each time. He also raced this Chevrolet to a fifth-place finish at Homestead-Miami Speedway in November, a sixth-place finish at Chicagoland Speedway in July, a sixth-place finish at Dover International Speedway in June, a fifth-place finish at Darlington Raceway in May, a fifth-place finish at Texas Motor Speedway in April and a seventh-place finish at Las Vegas Motor Speedway in March, all in 2012.
Dillon at Chicagoland Speedway ... Dillon has two previous Nationwide Series starts at Chicagoland Speedway, earning his best finish of third in the September 2012 race after starting second and leading 52 laps. The Welcome, N.C. driver also started second in the July 2012 race at the 1.5-mile track before posting a sixth-place result
Winner, Winner ... Dillon earned a NASCAR Camping World Truck Series win at Chicagoland Speedway in September 2011. After beating the field off of pit road following a caution period 13 laps shy of the race's finish, he crossed the finish line in the No. 3 Chevrolet nearly five seconds ahead of Kevin Harvick. At the time, Dillon described the win as one of the "biggest of his career" because he won against a field stacked with NASCAR Sprint Cup Series regulars. Dillon also competed in the Camping World Truck Series race at Chicagoland Speedway in August 2010, finishing ninth.
The Season So Far ... According to NASCAR's Loop Data Season-to-Date Statistics, Dillon leads the Nationwide Series in Average Starting Position (4.6), ranks third in laps in the Top-15 (88.7 percent), has led the third-most laps (341), ranks fourth in Fastest Laps Run (157), fourth in Average Running Position (9.489) maintains the fourth-best Driver Rating (99.9) and is the fourth-Fastest Driver on Restarts (8.706). The Childress Institute invests resources in research, education and awareness to improve the treatment for critically injured children in the U.S. and AdvoCare's generous donations are aimed at helping to raise awareness for pediatric trauma, the No. 1 killer of children in America. You can help save the lives of injured children by making a contribution to the Childress Institute in two ways: donate $33 in honor of Dillon via his website, or text WIN to 80077 to make a $10 donation.
Show Me the Money ... As one of four Nationwide Insurance Dash 4 Cash Qualifying drivers, Dillon will sport a blue spoiler on his Chevrolet Camaro this Sunday and will win a $100,000 bonus if he finishes ahead of fellow contenders Brian Vickers, Brian Scott and Michael Annett. Fans have the opportunity to participate in the action by entering the Nationwide Series $100,000 Sweepstakes at www.nascar.com/dash4cash.

AUSTIN DILLON QUOTES
What makes Chicagoland Speedway unique compared to some of these other mile-and-a-half ovals? "Chicagoland Speedway has a lot of characteristics that make it similar to Kentucky Speedway and Iowa Speedway, actually, in that it is a rough track and getting rougher. I love these rough tracks. Chicagoland Speedway was a good track for us last year. We led a lot of laps at that place and I feel like going back there we have a pretty good chance. It's one of my favorite cities to go. I always enjoy Chicago."
What makes you so good at Chicagoland Speedway? "We won a NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race there, and then after that we made sure that when we go there we have a game plan. Our game plan usually is to make sure our balance is right. If we can keep our balance together and go into the track and have a plan we can usually have a productive day."
No. 21 WinField Chevrolet Camaro
This Week's WinField Chevrolet at Chicagoland Speedway ... Dakoda Armstrong will pilot chassis No. 118 from the Richard Childress Racing NASCAR Nationwide Series stable Sunday afternoon at Chicagoland Speedway. Meet the Driver ... Chicagoland Speedway season ticket holders can meet Armstrong and other Nationwide Series drivers during a NASCAR autograph session on Friday, July 20 from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. Central Time in Champions Park.
Race Rewind: Charlotte Motor Speedway ... DAKODA ARMSTRONG QUOTE
What are your thoughts on competing in the NASCAR Nationwide Series at Chicagoland Speedway? "Chicagoland Speedway has been one of the toughest tracks for me to get a hold of for some reason. The bumps and characteristics of the track have really changed over the years, and you really have to have a good handling car right off the bat or you'll lose a lot of ground. I haven't had the best luck there in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series, but I'm really optimistic about running there in the Nationwide Series with our WinField Camaro. We had a good showing in the ARCA car I ran there a few years ago, and I think this car will be a lot like that. The last two races I've run with the RCR team have been great, and we've shown a lot of speed. We just need to put together a solid finish to show for all of our hard work."
No. 33 Rheem/Menards Chevrolet Camaro
This Week's Rheem/Menards Car... Matt Crafton will pilot chassis No. 112 at Chicagoland Speedway. This No. 33 was previously run by Crafton at Kentucky Speedway in June, where he drove to a third-place finish. Ty Dillon also piloted this car this season at Las Vegas Motor Speedway (finished 11th), Darlington Raceway (finished 13th) and Dover International Speedway (finished 23rd).
Chicagoland Stats... Crafton is scheduled to turn his first laps at Chicagoland Speedway in a NASCAR Nationwide Series entry this weekend. A veteran in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series, the California native has made four truck starts at the Joliet, Ill., track. Crafton's best start of first came in 2009 and best finish of fourth came in 2012. He has completed 603 of 604 laps attempted (99.8 percent), leading 23 of them.
Gotta Have a Rheem ... Rheem Manufacturing Company (www.rheem.com) is privately held with headquarters in Atlanta and U.S. operations in Alabama, Arkansas, California, Indiana, North Carolina and Texas. In its 88th year of operation, the company manufactures a full-line of eco-friendly, technologically advanced residential and commercial heating and cooling systems; tank, tankless, solar and hybrid heat pump water heaters; whole-home standby generators, controls, swimming pool and spa heaters; indoor air-purification products; and commercial boilers throughout North America and world markets. The company's premium brands, including Rheem, Raypak, Ruud and Richmond have been recognized with countless industry and consumer awards for reliability, innovative design and high quality. Rheem is the official heating, cooling and water heating supplier to Richard Childress Racing, and is a primary sponsor of RCR's No. 29 Chevrolet in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series and RCR's No. 33 Chevrolet in the NASCAR Nationwide Series.
Two of Three ... This weekend will mark Crafton's second of three scheduled races in the No. 33 Rheem/Menards machine this season. In his Nationwide Series debut at Kentucky Speedway in June, Crafton started eighth and finished third in the rain-shortened event. The California native is also scheduled to run the September Nationwide Series event at Kentucky Speedway.
Race Rewind ... Crafton last turned laps at Chicagoland Speedway in a Camping World Truck in 2012, where he started ninth and finished fourth, his career-best finish at the 1.5-mile track.
MATT CRAFTON QUOTE
What are your thoughts about racing the Rheem/Menards car at Chicagoland Speedway? "I'm really excited to get back behind the wheel of the Rheem/Menards car at Chicagoland Speedway. We had a really good run at Kentucky (Speedway) finishing third, but I'm hoping for better results this weekend. I'd really like to get a win for Menards, Rheem and RCR. I can't thank them enough for believing in me and giving me this opportunity to race in a competitive NASCAR Nationwide Series car. I really enjoy going to Chicagoland Speedway. We've run well there in The NASCAR Camping World Truck Series, and I'm confident Ernie Cope (crew chief) and the team will give me a great No. 33 machine this weekend. It's a track that has a lot of racing grooves, so as a driver I can move around to find a line that works best for the car. It makes for a more exciting race when there are multiple grooves for passing."
