AUSTIN DILLON QUOTES:
We are heading to Bristol Motor Speedway. Do you enjoy short track racing?
"I enjoy Bristol Motor Speedway. I enjoyed the last NASCAR Nationwide Series race there. I don't know what to expect for the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series cars because there is so much horsepower in that little bullring. In the Nationwide cars, I felt like it took me about two years to get the hang of it. During my fourth race I felt like that was the best race I have had, so experience will be big at Bristol Motor Speedway. We'll just have to learn. We have those rookie stripes on the back and it will be one of those places where you just have to stay in the race the whole time and fight until the end."
How much has Bristol Motor Speedway changed? Is the groove still right up there next to the outside wall?
"Yeah, the groove is almost like the Darlington Speedway line now. You've got to get up there in it. If the car will rotate, it is nice to be able to cut underneath someone so that's what you kind of work on, if you can just kind of work a lane below those guys, it's nice."
Is it frustrating as a driver working a lane below and having to take 10 to 15 laps, sometimes more, to pass someone that is able to keep your momentum off on the outside lane?
"It definitely wears on you. You almost put a slide on them, like in a dirt car. It's frustrating because you're working and you know your car is faster than them, but there is not much you can do to pass them, even if you are faster. You do have to stay patient, make the move when it counts and track position will be huge."

PAUL MENARD QUOTE:
What will it take to be successful at Bristol Motor Speedway?
"We've put together some pretty good starts and finishes at Bristol in recent years. Qualifying is going to be interesting for the No. 27 Richmond/Menards Chevrolet team this weekend with the new format. We just need to be proactive during the first session and try to make it into the top-12 fast cars to get the pole, or at least a good starting position. For the race, this is a track where it's important to find a good rhythm early and keep that pace going for all 500 laps. It was a great race for us last weekend in Las Vegas, and we're hoping to keep that momentum going for this team."

RYAN NEWMAN QUOTES:
What are you expecting at Bristol Motor Speedway?
"I love Bristol Motor Speedway because Bristol is Bristol. There really isn't anything like it. I think it's really fun now that we get to run up against the wall and getting to do slide jobs. There is just so much good racing there. We've had two strong weeks and I don't see why we can't keep this momentum going in the Quicken Loans Billion Dollar Bracket Challenge Chevrolet."
Are you happy with you new situation and are you settling in?
"We've had two strong performances so far with the good runs at Phoenix International Speedway and Las Vegas Motor Speedway with the RCR Chevrolet. Everybody at RCR is doing a good job and our partners, Caterpillar and Quicken Loans, are having fun as we continue to get going. I was really disappointed at Daytona in not being able to show our stuff and getting crashed out when we did, because we really did have a fast race car. So, I guess I, in a roundabout way, feel bad about that for two different reasons. I didn't show my stuff early so you could tell, and then at the end, I never could show my stuff because we got crashed. But in the end, it was a relief to know we had a fast car. Sunday at Vegas, we had a really good comeback for our Caterpillar Chevrolet. It was a good effort for the team and it was a good points day. If we keep running like that, we'll put it in the top five and if we do that, we'll win. I'm just proud of the guys and everybody from Caterpillar and Chevrolet and RCR. Everybody did a good job and it was great to do it in front of all our Caterpillar guests. We had more than 700 CAT folks in Las Vegas with us, so I am glad we were able to put on a good show for them."
