  • 2010 will mark Lawrence’s 26th year under the RCR umbrella
  • Employed at Richard Childress Racing’s engine shop, beginning in 1985, and moved over to Earnhardt Childress Racing Engines in 2007
  • Responsible for overseeing all ECR engines, NASCAR Sprint Cup, NASCAR Nationwide and NASCAR CampingWorld Truck Series’ on race weekends
