ECR Engines led Austin Dillon and Bubba Wallace to a 1-2 finish in the season-opening Daytona 500 and the ECR horsepower showed up again during the Coke Zero Sugar 400 at the ‘World Center of Racing.’
After a wild night under the lights on the high banks of Daytona, ECR Engines powered eight of the top-15 finishers, including six of the top 10.
AJ Allmendinger led the ECR Engines teams with a third-place finish, followed by Kasey Kahne, Chris Buescher, Ty Dillon, Ryan Newman and Austin Dillon. Brendan Gaughan and Wallace finished 12th and 14th, respectively.
ECR Engines also had two cars in the top 10 and three cars in the top 15 during Friday night’s Coca-Cola Firecracker 250 NASCAR Xfinity Series race, led by Shane Lee and Daniel Hemric.
