RCR’s Jesse Love qualifies on the Bennett Transportation & Logistics Pole

RCR’s rookie-of-the year contender Jesse Love is ready to take on Atlanta Motor Speedway in this afternoon’s Focused Health 250.  Love proved his No. 2 Samsara Chevrolet, prepared by crew chief Danny Stockman and team, has the speed it takes to start up front by showing the fastest speeds in both round one, and round two, of the Bennett Transportation & Logistics qualifications held earlier today.

Earlier this year, Love again put his speed on display at Atlanta Motor Speedway by capturing the pole in just his second career NASCAR Xfinity Series start.  Love went on to lead 157 of 169 laps before running out of fuel in the closing laps,  watching teammate Austin Hill victoriously cross the start/finish line instead.  Love will be looking for redemption today and hope to add to RCR’s six NASCAR Xfinity Series wins over the years at the Peachtree State track.

Hill starts today’s race in the fourth position, followed by fellow ECR Engine teammate AJ Allmendinger, of Kaulig Racing, starting in the sixth position.  The Chevrolet teammates will take on the 1.54-mile oval track starting at 3:00pm on USA.
