  • Driver, Austin Dillon: “The Good Lord is blessing us tonight and I can’t thank my grandfather (Richard Childress) enough. He’s put a lot into me. Thanks to ECR Engines. I complain a lot, but they got me in Victory Lane tonight and the fuel mileage was great. So, thank you guys for everything you do.”
  • Director of Competition, Dr. Eric Warren: “The win last night was a great team effort and I am very proud to be a part of such a great team and RCR/ECR family. Everyone worked hard on the 600 cars and the specific effort on the new No. 600 chassis paid off. We have won two out of 12 races and we will keep fighting to get better, get the 27 in Victory Lane and peak at the right time.”
  • No. 3 hauler driver, Dennis Gammons 'It was probably the coolest thing I've ever been a part of. I was standing at the hauler loading some things up, watching the big screen. When he crossed the finish line, I ran out on the track to celebrate. It was such a memorable night.'
  • Crew chief, Justin Alexander: “Austin and I have worked very well together. We won last year in the XFINITY Series at Bristol in my first race as a crew chief for that car. He’s got a drive and focus that is as good as any other driver out there. I’m just so thrilled I could be a part of this win. It’s huge for our team, company and sponsors.”
  • RCR executive, Mike Dillon: 'What an unbelievable night. Everyone at RCR has been working so hard for this moment. The guys back at the shop deserve a lot of credit for this win tonight, too. It's great that we've now got another car in the playoffs and momentum on our side.'
  • Team owner, Richard Childress: “I knew that they told him to flip his switch on his dash to go another lap and I thought we might have it. The No. 78 (Martin Truex, Jr.) was coming, but man it was unbelievable. I’m just so happy. Everybody was wanting to see that No. 3 in Winners Circle and we pulled it off tonight.”
  • No. 3 team engineer, Ryan Sparks: “Richard (Childress) came on the digital radio and told us if we couldn't make it, and if we're going to have to pit for fuel at the end that we just needed to pit with the leaders. Well, I got pretty defensive and quickly responded, ‘No! We are going all the way!’ He said, 10/4 and never questioned it after that.”
