No. 33 Chevrolet ZL1DRIVER

Austin
Hill

Georgia native Austin Hill is the driver of the No. 21 Chevrolet for Richard Childress Racing in the NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series. The 2026 season marks his fifth year behind the wheel of the No. 21 Chevrolet and his fifth consecutive season competing full-time for RCR. Hill is also a part-time competitor in the NASCAR Cup Series, driving the No. 33 Chevrolet for Richard Childress Racing.

Since joining RCR in 2022, Hill has established himself as one of the series’ premier contenders. He has qualified for the NASCAR Playoffs in each of his four full seasons with the organization, earned a Championship 4 berth in 2024, and secured the NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series Regular Season Championship in 2023. During his tenure with RCR, Hill has amassed 15 victories, earning multiple wins in each of his full-time seasons and solidifying himself as one of the most consistent drivers in the garage.

Hill has become especially dominant on drafting-style tracks, where his 11 victories have set a new benchmark in NASCAR history. The total surpasses previous records held by NASCAR Hall of Famers Dale Earnhardt and Tony Stewart, who each recorded eight drafting-track wins during their careers.

In addition to his success in the NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series, Hill has made at least one NASCAR Cup Series start in each of the last five seasons. His Cup Series career reached a milestone in 2025 when he earned his first career top-10 finish in NASCAR’s premier division at the Chicago Street Course.

Before joining Richard Childress Racing, Hill spent five full seasons competing in the NASCAR Truck Series, where he collected eight victories, three pole awards, 27 top-five finishes, and 52 top-10 finishes. He qualified for the Playoffs in three consecutive seasons from 2019-2021 and captured the NASCAR Truck Series Regular Season Championship in 2020.

Hill’s NASCAR journey began in the ARCA Menards Series East, where he competed full-time in 2014 and 2015. During that span, he earned four victories, one pole award, 12 top-five finishes, and 21 top-10 finishes.

Away from the racetrack, Hill is an avid outdoorsman and passionate supporter of the University of Georgia Bulldogs. A native of Winston, Georgia, he and his wife, Ashlyn, are the proud parents of two daughters, Lynnlee and Kensley, and a son, Barrett.

CREW CHIEF

Andy
Street

Andy Street is the crew chief for Richard Childress Racing’s No. 8 Chevrolet driven by two-time champion Kyle Busch in the NASCAR Cup Series.

Street, whose career at RCR began in 2003, was the interim crew chief for the No. 8 Chevrolet and Busch for the final five Cup Series races of 2025. During their time together, Busch registered two top-10 finishes, including an eight-place result in their third race together in Las Vegas, and a fifth-place finish at season’s end in Phoenix, Arizona. Most recently, Street has been the performance director for RCR, focusing on research and development and increasing overall on-track performance across the company from January 2026 through April 2026.

The Kernersville, North Carolina native spent the 2022 through 2024 seasons as crew chief of the No. 21 Chevrolet with driver Austin Hill in the NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series. Together, the duo advanced to the NASCAR Playoffs three consecutive seasons, including a Final Four berth in 2024. All told, Street earned 10 race wins with Hill and was the winningest crew chief at RCR the past three seasons.

Prior to working with Hill, Street spent the 2021 season working with driver Myatt Snider in the O’Reilly Auto Parts Series. Together, they won at Homestead-Miami Speedway and claimed 11 top-10 finishes enroute to a berth in the NASCAR Playoffs. During his first year as a crew chief for RCR, Street worked with a multi-driver lineup of Snider, Anthony Alfredo, Kaz Grala and Earl Bamber, earning five top-five finishes and a season-best third-place effort at Texas Motor Speedway with Alfredo.

In 2018 Street took a brief hiatus from NASCAR and the RCR organization to work as the co-crew chief for Tanner Gray in the National Hot Rod Association Pro Stock division, winning the division title before returning back to RCR.

Prior to his contributions to RCR’s NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series program, Street worked in a variety of positions at RCR, including team engineer and design engineer specializing in chassis and suspension systems. He played a vital role as team engineer within RCR’s Cup Series program, helping deliver success across the board. Most notably, Street worked with drivers Kevin Harvick and Clint Bowyer, combining to win 10 races. Street also played a key role in the team’s Research and Development program, which elevated the entire organization’s competition department. His career at RCR began in 2003.

Street competed in drag racing events while he was still in high school, earning his first win in 1996 at Farmington Dragway. He competed in the Sportsman Bracket program behind the wheel of a 1972 Chevrolet Nova and a 1981 Chevrolet Camaro.

Street earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of North Carolina Charlotte.

Street resides in Lexington, N.C. with his wife Lauren and children Addison and Andrew.
